Yes, you can. With the free plan, you can count pills in Photo Mode up to 10 times per day. For unlimited counting or access to advanced features, you’ll need a paid subscription.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay with any major credit or debit card (personal or corporate). If you’re having trouble with payment, please contact customer support for assistance.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through the ‘Subscription Management’ section on our website or in the app. Even after canceling, you’ll be able to use the service until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not available for paid subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime before the free trial ends or before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.

I subscribed, but my voucher wasn’t applied.

Sometimes, network conditions can delay the upgrade process. If your voucher hasn’t been applied after refreshing the page or reconnecting to the app, please reach out to customer support with your receipt for further assistance.

  • Plan Description
    • PillEye can be used after installing the mobile app. You can download PillEye from the App Store/Play Store.
    • PillEye provides functions such as video-based real-time pill counting, photo-based pill counting, and team member management depending on the product you purchase.
    • PillEye's paid products are monthly subscription products and are paid on a set date every month.
  • Recurring Payment (Subscription)
    • The final price is determined by your country. Depending on your region of residence, taxes (VAT, consumption tax, etc.) may be added. You can check the final price on the payment page.
    • If you do not cancel your subscription 24 hours before the regular payment date, it will be automatically renewed.
    • For subscription products, pausing is not possible. You can cancel your next subscription by scheduling a cancellation.
    • If renewal fails, use will be discontinued immediately and if payment method is not changed within 2 weeks, subscription will be cancelled.
    • For inquiries regarding in-app purchase, please contact the App Store or Play Store customer service center.
  • Cancel Subscription
    • When canceling a reservation, you can use the product until the next regular payment date.
    • If there is no usage history within 7 days of subscription, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed by canceling the payment method.
    • If there is a history of use after subscribing, refunds are not possible and subscription can only be cancelled. When canceling a reservation, you can use it until the next regular payment date.
  • Change Subscription
    • You can change the product quantity in the ‘Subscription Management’ menu.
    • If you paid through the App Store/Play Store, you cannot change the product.
