Refund Policy

You can cancel your PillEye membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the PillEye service through the end of your billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership period.

Depending on the payment method, the refund subject and application method are as follows.

1. Card payment through the website

    1. If there is no usage history within seven (7) days from your bilpng date, you can request a full refund of your membership fee that was charged for that bilpng cycle. (Shooting, inviting team members, etc.)
    2. You can request a refund by sending an email to help@pilleye.com with the information below. PillEye email ID, Payment receipt
    3. Refunds are processed during customer center operating hours.

2. In-app payment through app

    1. If you made a purchase on iOS or Android devices, you must request a refund for that purchase through the respective store. Refunds may be refused according to each store's policy. For more information, please refer to the link below according to the store you purchased from.
